The dual cannulas are used with some demand type concentrators or Helios liquid oxygen. The nosepiece is divided into right and left sides with a separate tube and connector for each side. One side senses the breath while the other delivers oxygen.
The length is measured from the nosepiece to the end connector. Special lengths are available via email or phone.
